Wells Fargo is an American multinational financial services company with a significant global presence. Using voice of the customer driven designs with UX and UI best practices we delivery our mobile app experiences to our IT partners. My role was managing the design direction, creation, and production of mobile app solutions whether it was for Bill Pay flows or for a new experience called Relief Center.

CenturyLink and Quantum Fiber are telecommunications companies that offers high-speed internet for both residential and small business customers. In this e-commerce role I led the design direction, roadmapped, problem solved, architected, and help to create the online experience from beginning to end. I reviewed and approved the online designs, interpreted creative proposals and managed agency relationships. By determining user behavior with tracking tools, site feedback, online surveys and customer based usability studies we were able to identify customer pain points and initiate projects to produce a better customer experience.

Spectra Logic is an innovative data storage solution company for digital preservation. As the Creative Manager my role and responsibility was for all company wide visual communication. During my time with Spectra Logic I created a new brand identity from logo to web design to product packaging and server displays.

MoneyGram is known as the second-largest money transfer company in the world. As the Art Director I was responsible for creating and helping establish the corporate identity. I designed all the ads, brochures, web designs, and promotional creative for MoneyGram and MoneyGram ExpressPayment.

Pinnacle Studio (Avid) is an award-winning classic consumer video editing software company. I led creative on all digital interface design, web standards, and online brand standards. Tasked with designing their annual reports, corporate identity pieces, brand guidelines, product packaging, software user interfaces, advertisements and brochures.

Brand Strategy

I have had the opportunity in my career to create, plan, measure, and manage branding strategies for multiple clients. When I develop a company's brand it usually includes name, identity (logo), brand architecture, and the messaging platform. I help support the new brand by designing advertising and other forms of promotions.
